Our pilot project in Baguio City is Ridgewood Residence, a hotel / apartelle with a polished country feel and a restful atmosphere. We are in need of self-motivated, team-spirited, multi-skilled and service-oriented individuals from Baguio City to fill up the following positions:

 


Front Office Clerk

·         Graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree course within the period of 2002 to 2007

·         Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge in Hotel program applications a plus

·         With excellent communication skills, multi-lingual a plus

·         Basic counting skills and filing skills required

·         With ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone

·         Willing and able to assist guests with courtesy and efficiency

 

Dining Staff

·         Male or female

·         Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Associates Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Service or related course within the period 2001 to 2005 a preference

·         Willing to work night shifts, with at least two years experience in restaurant work as dining staff

·         Willing to be trained and to account for dining equipments and supplies

·         Experience and training in a la carte service and banquet preparation an advantage

·         Can attend to restaurant guests with courtesy and competence

 

Kitchen Staff

·         Male or female

·         Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Associates Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Service or related course within the period 2001 to 2005 a preference

·         Knowledgeable in food safety, food supplies inventory and food preparation

·         Willing to be trained in and account for kitchen standard cleaning procedure

·         Willing to work night shifts

·         Experience and training in a la carte service and banquet preparation an advantage

 

 

Property Custodian

·         Graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree course within the period of 2002 to 2007

·         Able to accomplish and design systems re detailed work in receiving, storing, classifying, disbursing, recording and reporting all supplies, utensils, equipment and all other items considered company property

·         Basic counting skills and filing skills required

·         Willing and able to learn computer software related to work

 

Housekeeper

·         At least college level during the period 2002-2007

·         In charge of all cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms

·         Knowledgeable in cleaning procedures and equipment use for special surface finishes, accountable for all equipment and supplies for use in guest rooms

·         With good communication skills

·         Basic interior decoration skills a plus

 

General Service Staff

·         At least college level during the period 1995-2000

·         In charge of all cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas

·         Knowledgeable in cleaning procedures and equipment use for special surface finishes, accountable for all equipment and supplies for use in hotel public areas

·         Gardening and landscaping skills a plus
